Looking for half day excursion from Yokohama port with drop of in Tokyo hotel with luggage

Looking for ideas and tour company recommendations for pick up at Yokohama port doing a half day excurion then dropping off at Tokyo hotel with luggage.  SInce we can't check into hotel in early morning we hope to find a tour or service that does this. Has anyone done a transfer/tour/drop off at this location?
