I have not read about a situation where a couple share the same birthdate.  Presumably, the Medallion Net help desk could come up with a workaround.

My twins had this come up we had to go to the internet help desk and they set up special passwords for them that were not their birthdays.

Good to know.  My twin daughters are saiiling in June and sharing a cabin.  Maybe not all that uncommon.
