Insurance to Cover Covid 19 while on the ship

Is there any insurance policy that will cover your visit to the doctor and any medication the doctor prescribes?

My friend came down with Covid 19 and had to get the antivirals. She was charged $149 for the Drs visit and $750 for the 

tablets.

 Her insurance with Cover More did not cover this expense.
