Half day trips on Tortola?

We are looking at half day trips on Tortola, either to the baths or snorkeling (Indians, etc), and would welcome recommendations of particular boats.

Go Virgin Gorda and you can snorkel there as well.

Just take a ferry.

We took a 1/2 day tour to the Baths from Tortola with Patouche. They were terrific and I believe the Baths is the most beautiful place on earth. Patouche was accomodating in making the booking and the captain was excellent. And the snorkle guide was wonderful for the experience and novice snorkelers alike. And, by the way, the lunch and rum punch were excellent as well! If I had another half day to spend in Tortola, I would do the same again. And, lucky for us, we had some additional time aferward. The Patouche people called a taxi for us and recommended a beach and we had a wonderful ride/tour across the island and a lovely time at the beach. Tortola is an untouched paradise.

We spent a half day with patouche this past March also. Due to weather conditions we were not able to sail to the baths as originally planned. When we arrived for the excursion, they were upfont with us and gave us a choice of cancelling and making other plans to get to the baths by ferry or take another trip with them in the opposite direction to two other snorkeling areas. We chose to take the alternate trip with them and had a great day! This was our favorite stop our cruise and we would definitely book with patouche again.

Do you remember where they took you in Tortola - where you had gone snorkeling specifically??? We will be there the end of may from 7am - 2pm and thinking about just staying in Tortola.
