Is the rfb open at embark on the Vista and do they still give a free drink for the first customer?

 

My past two cruises were on the spirit class ship and both were closed at embark.

No free drinks given the change in boarding order, it would only be Diamond or Suite guests getting it anyways

If I’m diamond or in a suite, will it be open and do they still give a free drink to the first cruiser?
