New internet levels. Surf, Premium and $tream

It will be interesting to see if individual ships have update charges that match this table.

Wow.  You are amazing.  Thank you for doing this and sharing with everyone. I have been trying to find this information for days, looking on FB, Reddit and here.  We are new to HAL and it's a bit of a shocker to us how they do things. (Our last 10 cruises have been with Princess). 
I printed out your spreadsheet and will try and find the answers once we board. (April on Nieuw Amsterdam)  And will try to come back and report after.
