Martha Brae River Raft tour safety

Any thoughts on the safety of taking the Martha Brae River raft tour booked directly Celebrity Cruise line?

 

I know the US State department has travel advisories for Jamaica.

I can't speak for that particular tour but we were recently in Ocho Rios and took an excursion through Carnival.  The port and excursions felt safe.  There was a Royal ship docked in Falmouth that day and buses from our ship and theirs were at some of the same places.  We did a sightseeing tour with lunch but others we got to know on our ship rode ATV's and horses, and went to the falls and the beaches.  Everyone we spoke with had a good time and we didn't hear of any issues.
