Viking Christmas Rhine/Moselle change

We just got an email that the Christmas markets won't be up yet for the Nov 23 (board Nov 25) Paris to Zurich cruise. They offered a reduction in fare to keep the booking but there was no reduction We have until 2/23 to get refund or keep. Any others on here seeing a fare reduction as promised in the email?

We got the same email. I suspect we won't get issued a refund until after 2//23. edit: different sailing, but same issue.
