Rhine river water levels 2025

We are about to book a Rhine river cruise for 2025 (Amsterdam to Basel) and are concerned about the low water levels. Any advice? We are not content with the standard fixes such as jumping on a bus and driving to the next port, or as some have mentioned a "discount" on our "next cruise" if there are low water issues.

Anyone who could reliably predict Rhine river levels a year or so from now would not be likely to be spending his time on CC.
