VLAD2727 Posted February 18 #1 Share Posted February 18 Hi guys, I had cruise on hold, made a deposit payment, however it's still showing on hold with countdown... Wasn't moved into my cruise tab and not showing in the Celebrity app either. I've received email confirmation with invoice showing my deposit. Does it take time for the system to update? D. B. Posted February 18 #2 Share Posted February 18 When you look at your future cruise list on the Celebrity web site it will have a place that ask's if a cruise booking is missing. omeinv Posted February 19 #3 Share Posted February 19 (edited) It takes several hours for a deposited cruise fo move from "offer" to "Booked" status. When it does it will move from the "Courtesy Hold" to "Upcoming Cruises". Look at it in the Courtesy Hold section, and you should see your deposit credited. Once it’s updated, you can call (888) 307-8413, and use the automated system to get an updated confirmation, which will say “booked”.
