Hiking in Paklenica National Park (Croatia)

Has anyone done a hiking excursion to Paklenica National Park from Zadar?  I have not been able to find any specific info.  It is offered as a ship sponsored excursion on our upcoming Celebrity cruise.  It is billed as a small group tour and Paklenica seems to be a 45 minute drive from Zadar.  The pictures and Youtube vids I have seen look great but there are hiking trails of all different difficulties so it is hard to know if they are representative of what this experience will be.  We have no disabilities but are ordinary non-athletes in our 60's.
