Le Petit Chef alternative menu

I know that there are alternative menus for Le Petit Chef that you can order from if you don't want what's offered that goes with the projected animation thing, however does anyone know if you have to order the alternative entirely or can you mix and match if you want?

Because there are some things on the main menu that I'm fine with but there are others that I'd rather have the alternative like the main course is fine but I don't want the set appetizer, etc.  If you go alt, do you have to do ALL alt?

20240227_150402.thumb.jpg.ca3b3eee33ad9ddaeb7edb0f17e3c14a.jpgJust did LPC on Reflection. One in our party really didn't like course 2 offered, bouillabase. Claimed even the sight or smell was off-putting. The alternative was chicken breast, mashed potatoes.  Seemed like a lot of food before getting filet mignon as next course.

Our server suggested the minestrone soup as alternative, from Tuscan next door.

Perfect solution for our party of 4. Lighter meal, everyone happy. And the soup was very good.

Menu posted was second menu for the week, not on our night, just an FYI.
