Celebration - Fresh Creations embarkation day

Wondering whether Fresh Creations is open on embarkation day.

On my recent cruises on Horizon and Panorama it was not open on embarkation day.

Nor on the Mardi Gras, so doubtful.

Only on sea days.

I am REALLY going to miss Fresh Creations on the Dream this month...I'm not even a "big" salad eater and a salad is not something I generally get excited about....but there is just something about a fresh made to order salad poolside with the view that I craved it every day last year on the Panorama and looked forward to it....so yummy!!!
