Probably best as ask about your specific concerns as the general answer is the same as any other departure point, you need to meet the requirements to enter the country and re-enter if it is a round trip cruise and you need to get to the port one way or another...

im sorry i dint specify, what i meant was is it a terminal like miami or a secure walk in like a lot other islands
