Celebrity Flora vs Silver Origin for Galapagos

Anyone been on Celebrity Flora, any thoughts? 

Thinking of going to Galapagos either on Celebrity Flora or Silver Origin.

Ken the cruiser recently published a "live" thread while onboard Flora this past December.  You might find it helpful although it may not assist you in comparing Flora to Silver Origin which is also a very nice and new ship.  

 

My thoughts are that the two ships are quite "high end" comparable to one another and that you may decide between the two based on itinerary, land tour options, etc.

I was on the Flora last September and loved the whole experience.

The Silver Origin is the same ship as the Flora with a slightly different cabin layout. Celebrity charters a flight from Quito and Silversea does not, so it is a little more effort to travel the Silver Origin. Silversea has many expedition cruises around the world and they do an amazing job. A nice review of the Silver Origin can be found on the Silversea board: "Live from... Silver Origin. Sept. 16-23, 2023" and the live review on the Flora posted above is excellent too.

I'm confident you will enjoy either ship!
