Charging my room for cash in the casino

If I obtain cash in the casino by charging it to my room does Carnival charge a fee?

They charge you 3% if you get chips at a table game.  There is no charge for slot machines.  If you play table games and want chips, go to a slot machine and load it up with what you want and do a minimum spin then cash out to avoid the 3% charge.
