Southwest is great with price drops

Just wanted to give a heads up about Southwest price drop policy. We had booked 5 flights from BUF to Tampa for late April for $305 pp. NOt a great price but we booked a little late. I checked the flights yesterday and they were $52 less on the return leg. The nice lady walked me through everything while we were on the phone and me on the computer and I changed the booking and got the cheaper flight price for the exact same flight and because the original price wasn't an internet special, we got fully refunded.:eek: They returned around $250 to my credit card. I was prepared for voucher for future travel but to get a full refund was awesome.

 

This is my first time using Southwest and must say, so far so good!
