Where is OBC listed?

I have unsuccessfully been searching "My Cunard" to verify that my OBC and shareholder credit have been applied to our voyage.

 

It does not appear to be in the "Booking Summary" or "Before You Sail" as I might expect.

 

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Mine is on my original booking confirmation. I am in UK. It may be different for you.

You want the PDF that typically gets emailed from Cunard to direct customers as soon as they make a change to a booking, including after a Stock Perks update. It's typically called BookingConfirmation-XXXXXX where the last 6 characters is the booking reference. Top right corner. You will not see in on my.cunard or cunard.com

Hi, if I book with travel agent, where can I see my OBC from Cunard as confirmation as I only have the travel agent's booking confirmation? Just wanted direct confirmation from Cunard to avoid any confusion once onboard. Thanks

You will have to get a new confirmation invoice from your TA as Cunard will not deal directly with a passenger who has booked through a TA.

On date of booking my travel agent sent me an email including their own statement, a copy of their terms and conditions and a file named "Guest invoice 06MAR24.pdf", issued by Cunard and containing all the information that I would imagine would be sent to someone that booked direct, with the addition of a note: "Please ensure you check all of the detailed information and should anything be incorrect please call your travel agent, xxxxxxxx on xxxxxxxxxx".
