Prima - Southhampton, UK Port - Alcohol Question

Hello - We'll be sailing the Prima out of Southhampton in August.  I've heard that NCL doesn't allow the sale of alcohol while in UK ports.  Can anyone confirm if this is correct?  We've always enjoyed a celebration drink once on board and before the ship sails.  - Thank you.
