Boarding time at Port of Hawaii for NCL Spirit cruise 4/22 ??

We are Diamond on NCL and for some reason I thought we didn't have to select a boarding time.  Had some difficulty getting

photos uploaded but now have our cruise documents and it shows time selected to arrive at Pier 2:30pm - 3:00 pm.

 

For boarding process it says Boarding begins at 12:00 pm.  Departure time is 7:00 pm    It also says

Please note the time you have selected to arrive at the pier.  Guest arriving to the pier before your select arrival time will be asked to come back at the appropriate time.        

 

Has anyone boarded POA recently who can verify if the Honolulu port sticks to the "selected arrival time" and denies entrance until that time.   If they're strict we'll ask hotel to hold our luggage and hang out for a while.  Thank you
