Beds on Jubilee

Can some one please tell me how hard the beds are on the Jubilee and if they offer the matress topper.  We are use to a sleep number bed and have a problem sleeping on a hard bed, actually can't sleep at all on a hard bed.  Thanks

Just got off the Jubilee. The beds are very comfortable. We didn't ask for a mattress topper because we didn't need one. The mattress is not hard.
