The 16 year old that we are traveling with REALLY wants to ride jet skis on this trip. Unfortunately they are sold out. Any chance they have cancellations the day of and fit him in?

Anything is possible. Keep checking the cruise planner (someone may cancel in advance) and if nothing else, visit the ShoreX desk when you board and inquire. Worst case is they say no.
