Cruise Concierge

Hello, 

 

We booked a Yacht Club cruise with an MSC CC when they contacted me after I unknowingly put it on hold.

 

It was a simple transaction. 
 

I emailed last week to book another YC cruise. She wouldn't answer very specific questions. (What are the cabins available in this category and have all applicable discounts been applied?)

 

I mean she would reply but not with answers.

 

I'd like to hear some experiences people have had with them.

My experience with the concierge service was great. He was able to get the specific stateroom that I wanted when the online system was acting up. I've been able to contact him at other times to apply better discounts and to check prices. 

 

No complaints from me. 

 

Are you sure that it was a concierge or was it a typical phone rep?

She has CC in her email signature. 
 

I had previously called the reservation line and that was unsuccessful.

 

But whenever I price a cruise on my own I get contacted by someone else saying they are my CC.

 

Agreed, their website leaves a lot to be desired.

We have a CC we have been using for years. We only book YC and he always calls me when I send an email.  Too bad we are not allowed to mention it here. 
I would request on the bottom of their webpage asking for someone to call you. You might get someone else who is willing to help you.

Same experience and I was happy with my Cruise Concierge and will probably book again with her.
