Power Outlets in Istanbul

Hello, I am trying to find out if hotels in Istanbul use the Type C or Type F power plug.   I've been advised that Turkey could use either as a hole, just don't know about my hotel in Istanbul.

Your best bet is to email the hotel and ask.

Yeah I did that already.  Haven’t heard back yet.

C and F are essentially interchangeable. In the rare circumstances they aren’t, C is slightly more universal.

I heard from my hotel.  They are using type C.  Good news for me because I didn’t want to have to buy a type F.
