Specialty dining cancellations ?

If I make reservations pre cruise and later cancel is the charge refunded to my CC or on board credit.

@Turk1 Last month I canceled a reservation and it went to my account on board. OBC

I had my request processed at Guest Services, Ruby Princess

If you cancel it before the cruise, at least 3-5 days before sailing, it should go back on your cc.  If you get close to sailing or once OB, then it goes to your folio as refundable OBC.
