Do I need to contact our PCC for this? rodndonna Posted May 25 Author #5 Share Posted May 25 OK - Just tried the "chat" feature on the website - very pleasantly surprised - very responsive and easy peasy to cancel our booking (we were more than our 60 days past booking so transfer not an option). I had to cancel a cruise due to my husband's medical issues, I used chat and it took very little time (probably 10 minutes). I received a cancellation email shortly thereafter.
