Arashi beach

I know that the bus near the cruise terminal goes to Eagle and Palm Beach, but does it also go as far up to Arashi Beach?

Yes, the bus goes all the way to Arashi and turns around and comes back.

Just be sure you get the one that says Arashi on it.  Not all route 10 buses go there.  If you're not sure, ask the driver.  Unless things have changed recently, you can buy a round-trip bus card for $5 at the hut at the bus station.  Otherwise it will be a bit more and you will get change in foreign coins.

It does. I took the bus last year, and spent the day at Arashi. It was the last stop and buses looped around at the Arashi parking lot. I remember there were two beach bars and I set myself up under a tree for shade.
