I’m sure I know the answer but wanted to come to the experts. I’m thinking of take a 230pm flight home. That would give us enough time to leave the ship and make it to the airport in time right?

Don't forget SEA Spot Saver.  You have plenty of time to disembark and get to the airport, but reserving a spot in the screening line should be helpful.
