It’s a very very walkable city.

We heard bells and singing, and the old baroque church was beginning a service that was broadcast outside.

Then we found the WWII tunnels the Italians built in 44-45 for the citizens to take cover during the allied bombing of Rijeka. Free to enter and explore.
