Got an email alerting us to 20% off excursions.   Since we were looking at one, jumped at the offer.  &129 pp down to $109 (which is not 20% either).  Sale ended and guess what.   Price now $109!   Should have known

I saw the same thing, no sale at all; deceptive pricing.

Same thing happened last month. They jacked the prices up by 20% or more just for the sale then the prices went down again.

Also, we prebooked an Alaska excursion & surprise, when we boarded there was a flyer in our room with same excursion at a major discount.  Went down to the excursion desk & was told nope, they would not refund the difference we would need to cancel & rebook! We ended up taking a different excursion & we probably should have just booked off the ship.

I am Elite, which gets 10% off on excursions.  If I book excursions during those 20% off sale, do I get a total of 30% off?

 

Can I call Princess to add gift cards to my account and then use those applied gift cards to pay for my excursions?
