Information about MSC transfer to Orlando for the day

First time cruising with MSC Meraviglia in August and the 1st port of call is Orlando. We are thinking to take the transfer offered by MSC to go to Orlando for shopping (outlet or mall).

MSC offers 2 transfers: Disney Springs transfer, Disney World Express Services - transportation only.

Any idea which transfer is more convenient for shopping?

I don't know where the second one will take you. But Disney Springs is a shopping, restaurant, and entertainment center.

Can you clarify what these excursions are? Disney Springs is obvious but not sure what Disney World Express Services is unless it takes you to one of the Disney theme parks. But that one does not seem like a shopping transfer.
