Laundromats (or lack thereof) on Sun Princess

I guess the captain and or hotel manager can require a passenger to disembark the ship at their discretion earlier than the itinerary.... But what about people that are nice and polite but just don't ever wash their clothes or bathe?

I just got off the Sun and will be doing a full review but as far as the laundromats go it was 2 washers and dryers per floor (Regal had 4). They had room to add another washer and dryer per floor so let’s see if that happens. The machines were free so there was some upside. Yes, you had to go at odd times and it was very frustrating when people didn’t set timers on their phone and show up early to remove their clothes. Also people should not be surprised when they showed up late to find their clothes removed. Also there were 3 clothes baskets per floor but predictably people didn’t return them (RUDE). With so few machines you need to be diligent. Tip - go to higher level floors as people found better luck there.
