Temperature Onboard

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hello, will be sailing the Caribbean this Thanksgiving w/ Explora for the first time and was curious on the temperature in the common areas and restaurant.  American here and we do like our temps pretty cool and I was hoping to get someone's perspective on how cool the interior is. I'd like to dress a little nicer for meals and stuff but if it's going to be warm inside, I'll probably just stick to short sleeves. Thanks!

Oh, you're asking for a heated (cooled?)  debate on this one!

I'm a 60 year old guy who still frequently wears a jacket to dinner and had no problem in any of the venues.  It was all pleasantly tilting into the cool zone!

DH always wore a jacket (we were in the Caribbean) and I wore a range of weights of evening wear and never felt uncomfortable

I get cold easily too and I didn’t find it cold and I wore sleeveless tops and dresses with a pashmina, but don’t remember needing it.  The temperature seemed perfect to me, maybe a little warm even in Emporium.
