What's the deal with Academy at Sea?

I'm a teacher, and would love to give seminars on board, if it would get me a discount or free cruise. Does anyone know how this works?

As the nature of work and study rapidly takes on a global dimension, employers are increasingly seeking workers who have demonstrated the ability to successfully operate across cultural, political, and linguistic boundaries. Tomorrow's leaders have begun to recognize the value of study abroad and immersion in a foreign culture as a determinant of future success.

 

The Scholar Ship is a semester-long academic program aboard a dedicated ship as its transnational campus that traverses the globe on an itinerary that brings the world to its students. This globally distinctive program is a collaborative initiative with leading universities and organizations from around the world that prepares students for successful careers on the world stage. The inaugural voyage sets sail in January 2007, and subsequent sailings will embark each September and January.

 

Students are being recruited worldwide to ensure an intercultural learning environment. Worldwide voyages aboard The Scholar Ship will be 16 weeks in duration, offering a compelling itinerary to eight ports spanning five continents in which several days are spent to provide students an enriching experience through their participation in field programs, excursions and independent travel.

I was talking about the seminars that they have on board. For example, I would love to give basic conversational French seminars on a transatlantic or European cruise, if it meant that I would cruise for less.
