Change itinerary after final payment date?

Hi all, We're supposed to be sailing on the Celebrity Reflection (4 Night), departing on July 29, but today my wife was informed that she has to have an emergency medical procedure during our sailing days. I didn't purchase travel insurance for this sailing, since I wrongly thought it wasn't worth it for a 4 night (NEVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE), so we don't have that option. Is it possible to move itineraries after final payment or would I have to just eat the cost.?

All you can do is call your TA or Celebrity (if you booked through them) and ask. Expect them to say no because that's what's in the terms and conditions, but you never know if they will allow you to change to another date.

Also check your credit card terms. Some have travel insurance so it is worth asking them.
