shore excursions

I was trying to figure out out to order shore excursions. The website gives the details of what is offered but I can't see how to order to find out pricing. Is this something you do on the ship?

email carnival and they will email you a list of excursions for your particular cruise....

 

then you have to book on board...can't do it ahead like some other lines.....

Yep: marsha told ya. Carnival is probably the only line where you can not book excursions before you sail. Can only do it onboard either through the shore excursion desk or the interactive tv. Another thing you cant see how much excursions costs either. You will have to call carnival and get the price or wait and see what it is when you board.

There are also private vendors doing excursions for a lot cheaper then the ship offers.
