MSC Excursions

Hello all.

 

I'll on World Europa in September and was looking to add an excursion to the cruise.

On MSC app it shows available to add but on the website, though it shows the description, the "button" to add it is missing (though it's available for others).

 

Do you think it's ok to do it on app?

If it is cancelled,do they refund or transform it in OBC?

To book excursions on the website, make sure you're logged-in to your MSC account first and pull up your cruise. Then click on each individual port to view and book the excursions. On the App you're probably already connected to your cruise so it's allowing you to do excursions. You can certainly book them on the App.

As above, you need to check you're logged into your account or booking to purchase excursions. 

We've had excursions cancelled and the refund has always gone back to the card used to purchase.

Retried again the website and it worked.

I think I was logged the first time but can't be sure.

They have always credited any cancelled excursions back to my original form of payment.  They usually say it will take two billing cycles for the credit to post. Personal experience on excursion refunds has been 3-4 weeks
