We'll be tendering you ashore in Mykonos and Santorini, Greece, as well as, Kotor, Montenegro. Tenders are accessible to guests who use collapsable wheelchairs and who can take a few steps. New itinerary hits several places in Greece, Malta, Italy, Croatia, and Montenegro. It's a lovely itinerary but it's not what I signed up for, so I will be canceling.

I know you are disappointed but have you ever Been to Croatia and Montenegro?

The 7-30-24 Celebrity email regarding the changed itinerary indicated you could cancel a non-refundable deposit by 8-13-24 and receive a refund. I cancelled on 7-30-24 and after 3 weeks I had not received a refund. My TA phoned Celebrity today and was advised my refund was rejected. My TA has escalated the situation due to the ill informed reps regarding the email. Has anyone who cancelled this cruise had an issue in receiving a refund?

Resolved!  Celebrity acknowledged they dropped the ball on the cruisers who cancelled the sailing and is processing my refund.
