Online Check In Issue

We are  cruising 8/25 and bringing my son and 3 of his friends. One of his friends moved and is now about 90 minutes away. I’m trying to figure out how to get him checked in without having to drive to his house. He downloaded the app but it won’t allow him to check in because he’s under 21. He’s 16.  Is there a way for me to check him in using a photo of him and his passport. The only other option I can think of is giving his mom my log in info and letting him check in that way.

You can check in any and all people on your reservation. Where you checked yourself in you should see the same of everyone in the cabin.

You can skip the photo when checking him in. If you can't enter the passport information manually, you can possibly try to scan the passport from a photo of it.
