Yes..for a 3% fee

Is that unique to NCL? Never experienced that on Carnival.

Yes, as far as I know NCL is the only line that charges a fee to charge slot play to your cabin.

As a follow-up, can you get cash for your OBC, without a charge, anywhere on the ship?

 

FWIW, we have ~$1500.00 credit, both from our TA and NCL, and I'm not sure what I can do with it.  I can only do so many meals and tours.
