MGM cruise certificate

Does Royal ever add/modify dates to their list of cruises that qualify for the cruise certificate you get from the MGM?  Specifically we got the one with code 24LVCW0804, just picked it up this weekend from Vegas.  I've been getting these certificates for years and don't ever recall the dates ending so early in the year.  In this case, the list ends in mid March of 2025.  Also, I don't recall them blacking out the mid winter break week of 2/15/25 in the past.  These factors cumulatively have made this years certifcate practically useless for me as we have school aged kids and didn't want to pull them out of school.  Anyone else experiencing issues with the relative skimpy dates provided?

I have never seen certificates modified after issued.

It is very common to see black out dates for holiday cruises.
