Seabourn Air Issues

Recommended Posts

PSA

Check, check, and double check.

We fortunately caught some errors.  Seabourn neglected to get the seats we requested, or any seats for that matter. They did not enter the following info: Passport #'s, TSA #s, or FF #'s. In theory, all solved.

FWIW, We were quite happy with our flights and pricing

Query:  Why should anyone just automatically assume that those kinds of things will be done, and done correctly?

Simple rule - if you want to be sure that something is done and done right, do it yourself.  FWIW, I never expect that data will be properly entered by anyone else.
