Yeah, I saw that too. This does look like the release of QV's itineraries which currently end with October 2026 and possibly the release of other 2027 world/grand voyages for the fleet. It doesn't hint at the release of QE's 2026 Alaska schedule.

They were early releasing the bulk of the 2026 schedules in February (rather than the typical September timeframe). Now it looks like they are pushing up the release of the early 2027 voyages to September (rather than the typical March timeframe).

Unfortunately the cruise booking sites where I sometimes find itineraries posted for voyages ahead of Cunard's announcements have been coming up empty for me so far this time around. I guess we'll just have to wait a little bit longer.

Oooooooh QV worldie, yes please! @bluemarble any port booking you see?

Here are two tidbits I'm seeing on a couple port authority sites. That's all I'm seeing so far. The Madeira port authority site which is usually a good source is down for maintenance at the moment.

Sydney

Queen Victoria: 24-25 Feb 2027

Gibraltar

Queen Anne: 18 Apr 2027

Gibraltar is an odd one, that infers that QA will either be in the Med /  close to home for the winter/ spring season  2027 or returning from the WC via Suez, but if she is doing a WC its strange that the dates are not showing up on the Sydney port authourity site

Yeah, I'm getting the impression it might be only QV doing a world voyage in 2027. The tease about the future schedules only mentions "Full World Voyage on Queen Victoria". What I've found on a few port authority sites does tend to give that impression. Bergen in March for Queen Mary 2 doesn't sound like a world voyage stop.

QM2 Funchal o/n 26th Feb

Also Jan 27 which suggests Caribbean round cruises from Southampton. New Funchal site does not list these only upto Jan 26 but the older sire did.

Thanks for that update. I've been trying the site "portosdamadeira.com" which currently says "SITE EM MANUTENÇÃO". The "apram.pt" site does have the 2027 schedule. Here's what I'm seeing on that site.

Funchal

Queen Mary 2 - 15 Jan 2027 (origin Southampton; destination Basseterre)

Queen Victoria - 09 Feb 2027

Queen Mary 2 - 26-27 Feb 2027 (origin Ferrol; destination Dakar)

Queen Victoria - 25-26 April 2027 (origin Dakar; destination Lisboa)

QV's 25-26 April 2027 call to Funchal is completely reasonable for near the conclusion of her world voyage. But the 09 Feb 2027 call looks odd to me for a world voyage itinerary. Not sure what to make of that, especially since that call doesn't list any Origin and Destination ports as the other calls do.

It's quite reasonable to believe QM2 will be doing a Caribbean cruise, first calling at Funchal on 15 Jan 2027. But the suggestion that QM2 will be calling at Dakar after calling at Funchal on 26-27 Feb 2027 seems odd to me as well.

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Here are some more calls to Funchal listed for QV during 2026 after the 16 Oct 2026 date for the last QV cruise that has been announced so far.

Funchal

Queen Victoria: 15 Nov 2026

Queen Victoria: 08 Dec 2026

Queen Victoria: 21 Dec 2026

Bluemarble...  you have me once again pencilling in calendar dates well in advance.  QUEEN VICTORIA round the world and what seems to be another repeat of my favourite long West Indies voyage direct from Southampton vie for my attention for early 2027.  We are off on QM2 on this in January 2025 and again on QV in January 2026.  If QM2 follows the same pattern in 2027, she ought to be home by early to mid February so one might imagine Dakar and Funchal, especially an overnight there, are part of an ensuing cruise.

Thanks again for your splendid detective work and the tempting results thereof.

Glad to help. That potential QM2 cruise in February 2027 for Southampton, ..., Ferrol, Funchal, Dakar, ..., Southampton is certainly possible. It would definitely be something different from the usual Iberia/Canary Islands cruises.

I don't have Ferrol documented as a port previously visited by Cunard so that might be a maiden call. I'm pretty sure that would be a maiden call for any of the current fleet anyway. There is a page for that port on the Cunard website, so that's something to note.

And Dakar isn't a common port either. QE2 called there often, but the only call to Dakar I have documented for the current Cunard fleet is QM2 calling there during one of her earliest cruises from Fort Lauderdale to Southampton in April 2004. There are of course a couple calls to Dakar scheduled for Queen Anne on both her rearranged 2025 world cruise and her 2026 world cruise.

New ports for Cunard... the world is spinning on its axis already! They might have to put the atlases back in the PG cabins if they keep this up.

Ferrol is an interesting and definitively naval and shippy destination although I am not too sure about the potential delights of Dakar. We sailed off its coast in ST. HELENA and encountered a rather large and unpleasant bilious yellow effuent that did not tempt one to get much closer.

I'm still seeing the calls through 2027 on the "apram.pt" site. It is necessary to filter the results to request dates from late 2026 through early 2027. By default it only shows you the calls through the end of 2024.

I'm afraid what you've found there is one of those sites which purports to be showing 2027 itineraries when they are actually showing itineraries from a previous year. That itinerary is identical to QV's 2017 schedule, so I believe that site is showing you an itinerary which is 10 years old.

Queen Anne's 2026 world cruise is still currently scheduled to transit the Suez Canal. Cunard reworked her 2025 world cruise to go around Africa instead of transiting the canal. But her 2026 world cruise is still scheduled to transit the canal outbound and return around Africa. Whether that will actually happen of course is another matter. I see they have removed the previously scheduled call to Haifa on Queen Anne's 2026 world cruise itinerary.

I bet they have a "plan B" ready.

P & O have already rescheduled their 2026 WC, , Cunard appear to still be in denial about it. However as a reschedule via Africa /  Cape Town, would lead to the first and last sectors essentially being the same, a more radical change may be in the works.

I've been led to believe there is going to be a webinar for travel agents tomorrow. We may have more details following that event.
