Medallion "app" not displaying excursions

Hi

I board sun Princess on 14th September 

I'm logged in to app/my account and am trying to

 

1. Cancel an excursion 

2. Book another 

 

At the moment - 8.30am UK time 7 September - it's not displaying any excursions (including the one I want to cancel)  just an error message.

 

Is this happening to anyone else please ?

Try doing your cancel on the main website,  in cruise personalizer.

Yes, it is easier to go on the website to cancel and rebook.  Go to your Booked Guests then manage booking..
