Question about My Manage My Booking

We have cruise booked for October 2025. We are able to see the booking under Booked Cruises however what doesn't show up is Manage My Booking which would take us to Show Itinerary. Didn't much help from calling RSSC. Any idea why this could be happening?

Does website show "deposit received?"  I had two bookings where all of a sudden that didn't show as they didn't accept onboard booking deposit as sufficient.  TA got Regent to recode as "deposit received" and problem went away.

I am getting Periodic website unavailable when I try to access.    But I was able to initially get in and see my information from the "My Account Home" tab.   I was able to click on my "Manage this booking"  from there.  

 

 

Perhaps the website issue is hindering you.   If  you are working with a Regent cruise consultant, I might suggest reaching out to them vs the generic (if you will) online staff.

I believe that must be the problem because it was on board booking and it does not show up as a "deposit received". Plan to let my TA know. Thank you mrlevin.
