We are able to see the booking under Booked Cruises however what doesn't show up is Manage My Booking which would take us to Show Itinerary. Didn't much help from calling RSSC. I had two bookings where all of a sudden that didn't show as they didn't accept onboard booking deposit as sufficient. TA got Regent to recode as "deposit received" and problem went away. But I was able to initially get in and see my information from the "My Account Home" tab. I was able to click on my "Manage this booking" from there. Perhaps the website issue is hindering you. I believe that must be the problem because it was on board booking and it does not show up as a "deposit received". Plan to let my TA know. Thank you mrlevin.
