Boutique Hotel Kon Tiki in Papeete, Tahiti. Do any recent guests have comments regarding the reported noise from nightclub?

I'll be spending a week in Moorea before boarding the Windstar Star Breeze in Papeete.

 

I'm getting to the planning stage where I'm booking my pre-Moorea and pre-Windstar hotels for next April 2025. Hotel Kon Tiki looks great because I'll be getting on and off the ferry to Moorea and the hotel is across the street from the ferry/ship pier.

 

Has anyone here recently stayed at the Kon Tiki and what did you think?  Many of the reviews are good except they speak of late-night loud music from the club next door.
