Used A Roku?

Has anyone ever taken a Roku on their cruise so they can stream 

to the big tv in the cabin.  I buy the streaming internet package and

typically have to watch Utube TV on my iPad mini.

 

just wondered if you got in trouble for using a Roku?

 

I realize I’m on a cruise….but I’m a senior and like to relax in cabin and

watch a few shows.

All the ports used to be blocked on all older tvs onboard. Don't know about the new ones

Waste of time most of those apps will be starving for bandwidth.

Use Amazon fire stick with no issues.  I have a post on here with my setup.  If you search you should find it.

 

Ports aren't typically blocked either.  You just have to know which ones to use and how.

Even if the ports aren't blocked, Carnival doesn't allow it.
