Book speciality dining but card error

I am trying to book speciality dining at 137 days, it shows available tables but when I try to reserve, adding a card - it says car error - I have added 3 different cards and still card error - any ideas why?

I tried to book specialty dining this morning for our cruise on the Sun Princess in January.   When I clicked on reserved (charging the $90 to my credit card), it was just “spinning” for quite a while and then I got an error message.  Tried twice - same both times.  I am going to call my CVP later today to see if he can help book this for me.  I have no idea why it won’t work.
