This is a multi story newly renovated hotel, seems odd not to have an elevator even a small one in a cruise port hotel. The hotel gets great reviews none of which mentions the lack of elevator, does anyone have any firsthand experience? I learned this the hard way and have booked directly with hotels ever since, though I often use the booking platforms to get an overview of options and prices.
